Great place for the yearly traditions, but it you got your heart and recipes set on a certain apple, call ahead to check what's available and when. Then make sure to get there early in the cycle. This place has become increasingly crowded (they have busses full of Asia Pacific folks being dropped off regularly, now) so everything goes quick.
A lot of the apples have these weird wart looking things on them this year, too. I don't know if that's bad or a sign of anything, but it's often hard to get kids to eat apples "with bumps all over them."
